Climbing San Jacinto Peak in Winter

We have always wanted to hike San Jacinto in the winter, but after the recent massive snow storms in Southern California, we weren’t quite sure what conditions would be like at the summit.
So we packed up all our gear and headed out for a winter hike to San Jacinto in the snow.
It was gorgeous, grueling, posthole-y, and insanely windy at the summit, but the hike to San Jacinto mountain made for a glorious day!
