A great barbecue delighted the public who participated in the 23rd edition of Transposul – transport and logistics fair, which took place in Porto Alegre, in June 2023.
For four days, picanhas, entrecot, short ribs, prime ribs, skirt steaks, lambs, among other meats, shared the participants’ attention with state-of-the-art land logistics trucks and equipment.
The RS Brasa & Prosa team, led by barbecue chef Edi da Grê, led the roast show.
