Cooking A Great Iranian Lamb Meat Broth Called Dizi

Today I am going to show you how to cook a traditional and popular Iranian food called Dizi.

The other name of Dizi is Abgoosht.Abgoosht means the water of the meat.But it does not contains of just meat and water!

It is made af many ingredients that I will tell you bellow in the recipe part.This delicious Broth is usually made of lamb meat but you can cook it with cow meat and even chicken meat.

Even if you are vegeterian or Vegan,you can cook it with this recipe and just delete meat from it.It will be very delicious.

In this cold day I cooked this tasty broth in my yard.We usually eat Abgoosht with defferent pickles and fresh vegetables and fresh onion and buttermilk and a special Iranian bread called Sangak.

After it It is very good to make and drink a hot tea on fire.These days are the last days of Iranian year and the new year is very close to us.

So I cleaned a part of a yard of my country home beside cooking.

When you live in village or the countryside you always have things to do in the yard!
